regionThe farm grows shade-grown coffee using agroforestry and meets Rainforest Alliance standards. It provides drinking water to the community of Escaleras from protected springs in the mountainous region. The farm's terrain contributes to water production for the Yasica River basin. The forest area is vital for local flora and fauna, including black panthers, jaguars, deer, boars, coatis, guatuzas, and unique bird species. The Black Panther logo symbolizes the farm's commitment to preserving wildlife.
