Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera José Olaya N 252 was founded in 1966 to assist memebers in the growing, processing, and trading of coffee and cocoa. It is based in Quellouno, in the south central department of Cusco. Since its foundation, the cooperative has accrued experience in every aspect of production and trading, with particular focus on organic and eco-friendly practices.
