A Strictly High Grown coffee produced by Hacienda Sajonia, an estate located in Northern Nicaragua. The farm is located in the forests between Matagalpa and Jinotega, at an altitude between 1,280 to 1,580 metres. Sajonia is RFA certified and produces quality washed Arabica with sustainable practices.
