Colibri Azul is produced around “Cerro Datanli – El Diablo”, a natural reserve known for its biological diversity, tropical cloud forest and the quality of their coffee. The reserve refuges about 250 species of birds, protects at least 4 bird species in danger of extinction, including the Colibri (hummingbird).
