This Strictly Hard Bean coffee comes in the well-known coffee growing area of Huehuetenango, where high altitudes, non-volcanic soil rich in limestone, and warm winds provide growing conditions different those found elsewhere in Guatemala. Due to the area’s particular topography, farmers have to process and dry their own coffee.
