FAIRTRADE ORGANIC SUPREMO 17/18 SIERRA NEVADA GPRO COOP SEYNEKUN
Located in Pueblo Bello, Cesar, in the Jewrwa & Nabusimake villages of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the Seynekun producers are nestled in an area that receives ample rain, humidity, and sunlight—but not too much moisture and sunshine. The end result is a flavorful, beguiling bean that is produced with diligence and respect to the environment. Beyond coffee bean production, Seynekun strives to ensure that the Indigenous peoples of their region are able to continue their ways-of-life on their land, all while maintaining a deep, spiritual reverence for that very land. As such, they support the preservation of the natural world as much as the preservation of their peoples, as they are inextricably interconnected.
