This certified organic coffee comes from 258 small farms in Colombia, coordinated by the Asociación de Caficultores Orgánicos del Cauca (ACEC) . Grown at an altitude of 1,700 meters in nutrient-rich soils, each farm uses organic methods and operates its own micro-mill to ensure exceptional quality through careful cherry selection, pitting, fermentation and sun drying.
