Morning   Commentary 

·ICE  Arabica futures March contract opened 145 points lower  today at 152.40 cents a
pound and is currently trading at 153.15  cents.

 ·LIFFE  Robusta futures January contract opened $12 lower  today at $1884 a ton, and is
currently trading at $1885.

 ·European  stocks are falling from an 18-month high, while  investors are concerned over
Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti’s resignation  and the possibility of Silvio
Berlusconi returning to leadership.


·The  US fiscal cliff continues to weigh on the markets with  President Obama and
Republican House Speaker John Boehner meeting privately to  discuss a
resolution.


·Crude  Oil is trading higher on news of improved Chinese  industrial
output.


·Vietnamese  coffee is entering the Robusta market in good  volume and may continue to limit
any upward movement.
