The coffee trade is multifaceted one and at  N.J. Douek we
know and use the tools necessary to help manage your risk and
ensure proper delivery of coffee no matter what the circumstances. 
There are many hedging and pricing tools at your disposal and we would be
happy to discuss these with you.  Our know-how and strength enable us to properly
mediate between the producer’s capacities and the  roaster’s needs.

Cupping
We have  been testing and cupping coffees daily since 1951
and we enjoy sharing our expertise with our customers. Please feel free to ask us 
for our cupping notes and comments on any coffees.
 
Logistics
At N. J. Douek, among other things, we look after freight, customs
and inland transportation.Our staff is constantly looking after the flow  
of merchandise to ensure proper and timely delivery to the facility of
your choice.
