Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Aprocanorsi LTDA is a cooperative that groups 159 small producers, 29 of which are women. Since its foundation back in 2004, APROCANORSI has produced coffee following socially and environmentally responsible principles and today it offers Fair Trade, organic and UTZ certified coffee, among others.

Region

APROCANORSI coffee comes from the northern region of Cajamarca. Farms are located between 1300 and 1950 masl, in the districts of San Ignacio, San José de Lourdes, Namballe y Huarango.

Cup profile

Medium body, sweet, acidic, floral, fresh ripe fruit.
