El Renacer is located in the northern region of Jinotega, Nicaragua, at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,300 meters above sea level. The farm is part of a community of small producers dedicated to growing high-quality coffee in this rich, coffee-producing region.
The farm cultivates a mix of coffee varieties, including Caturra and Pacamara, known for their balanced acidity and rich flavor profiles. The coffee is processed using the washed method, resulting in a clean, bright cup that highlights the natural flavors of the beans. After processing, the coffee is sun-dried, a traditional practice that preserves its natural sweetness and vibrant acidity. From harvesting to processing, the small producers at El Renacer are deeply involved in every step. Their attention to detail, commitment to quality, and sustainable practices ensure that each batch of coffee reflects the care and dedication of the community. The farm benefits from the region’s ideal conditions—cool mornings, rich volcanic soil, and high altitudes—which combine to create coffee with remarkable complexity and depth. |
