CABONOCH is a coffee cooperative located in the northern region of Chiapas, Mexico. It was founded in January 2019 and currently has 2,200 certified producers, 46% of whom are women. The cooperative is focused on providing support, training, and technical assistance to its members, as well as certifying their coffee for sale in national and international markets.
