Spanning over 20 percent of Brazil, Cerrado stands as South America's largest savannah. In this lush region, coffee processing predominantly involves natural and pulped-natural methods. This means the coffee beans are dried with either all or a significant portion of the fruit still attached, imparting unique flavors to the beans.
