Harry has been in the coffee industry since 1981. He was originally involved in the wholesale and OCS side of the business, and therefore has a profound understanding of the roasters needs. Having now worked with the Douek team for some 6 years, that understanding is complemented by his growing knowledge of the 'green' side.
