Don Gerardo has been a farmer for 40 years, he used
to deliver fruit to local cooperatives and other mills. In 2014 he decided to invest on his own small plant, as a family project, to process specialty coffee and add value to his activity.
SHB EP La Tía Honey Tarrazú has a very rich aroma with notes of red apple, it combines the citric acidity from Tarrazú Region with a sweet taste and body in a very round cup.
