This coffee was harvested in Huila, in the southern Colombian Andes region. Growing season in Huila lasts all year round thanks to the region’s favorable soil and climate conditions.
Sweet cup with medium to high body and acidity.
Altitude: 1,200-1,800 masl
Process: Washed Arabica
Botanical varieties: Colombia (21%), Caturra (49%), Típica (1%); Castillo (29%)
Harvest: September-October (main crop); April-May (flycrop)
